Understanding this, Western Digital turned to The Buddy Group.

After The Buddy Group helped create the interface for their WD TV Player, Western Digital asked The Buddy Group to also create the audience engagement strategy, digital communication and product education website. The resulting WDTVLive.com, and supporting blog, links all touch-points and community channels together, ensuring a complete onramp to become a WD TV enthusiast. Our team also created WD’s first Professional User Group "PUG" that assists with product-related questions posted by other members of the online community.
