Video Producer

The Video Producer will have experience working in a creative environment with at least 1 year in digital, broadcast, and interactive media including hands-on production. The perfect candidate is comfortable with visual & audio content creation for digital media – internet, industrial, social, photography and broadcast. They will help support production teams and manage creative development projects for both external clients and internal initiatives.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Part detailed project manager / part extraordinary communicator and always a fan of great executions – your role will help rally the team & orchestrate fantastic deliverables
- Guide the development of Storydriven content which includes, but not limited to: corporate commercials, Investor relations events, c-level testimonials, sizzle videos, and live stream productions. You will be involved in all aspects of project phases: discover, conception, pre-production, production and post-production
- Wrangle the numerous details which contribute to our mixed media of content creation: manage video budgets, production schedules, work plans and creative collateral (e.g. scripts, storyboards, motion graphics, music and VO).
- Your goal is to set up our teams & our clients for success.
- Ensure solid quality assurance on all project deliverables
- Communicate regularly with VP of Production on projects, vendors and upcoming deliverables
- Production travel will likely occur in this role
Position Requirements:
- 1 year of video production experience – agency experience is a bonus
- Direct work experience in one of the following fields: marketing, advertising, PR(with content development) or television production
- Good understanding of how video production works from script to screen
- Ability to understand and eventually master budgets of varying complexity and scale
- Strong interpersonal skills with team members and clients
- Complete computer literacy (especially in a Mac environment and Google Apps)
- Experience using a companywide project management application to manage team’s productivity and tasks (e.g. Asana, Monday, or Wrike)
