In 2023, Windage Partners embarked on a bold mission to distinguish itself as an emerging private equity leader in the lower-middle market within Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services. Demonstrating foresight and innovation, the team prioritized the development of the Windage Partners Storydriven narrative, creating a compelling identity that resonated with potential employees, limited partners (LPs), and industry partners. Through a meticulous process of internal and external stakeholder interviews, market research, and strategic intelligence transfer, we led Windage through our Storydriven process to craft a clear strategy. This culminated in the creation of an “ownable” North Star, guiding essential milestones, such as logo and website design, as well as brand anthem development.
