Reynolds Consumer Products, which went public in 2020, successfully overcame pandemic-related production challenges, particularly in its Reynolds Wrap division. To reinforce the strength of their post-IPO financial strategy in a shifting market, Reynolds turned to The Buddy Group. Having worked closely with Reynolds’ Director of Investor Relations, Jill Koval, in the past, the company trusted us to communicate their financial stability, strategic direction, and the enduring brand equity of Reynolds Wrap and Hefty™.

WorkStory Development

We applied our Storydriven approach, working alongside Reynolds’ executive management team to define key takeaways, supporting statements, and core messaging. Using detailed outlines, we crafted the first draft of the scripts, transforming the initial framework into a fully developed narrative. This ensured that the messaging was clear, actionable, and aligned with Reynolds’ strategic goals, setting a solid foundation for the next phase of content creation.

Slides

Building on the scripts, we developed a comprehensive set of slides for Investor Day, following our philosophy of scripts first, visuals second. By fully developing the narrative before creating the visuals, we maintained a cohesive and focused storyline. This approach not only enhanced clarity but also ensured that the messaging and visuals were perfectly aligned, reinforcing key takeaways throughout the presentation.

Hybrid Production

We managed every aspect of the hybrid production, including filming, live broadcasting, and overseeing the interactive Q&A session, all while handling the 5-screen LED wall to ensure a flawless presentation. By seamlessly aligning the visuals with the story and executing the technical elements, we delivered a polished, engaging experience that reinforced Reynolds’ financial strategy and brand strength.
